FREQUENT ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ's)How can I reach at your office/center?Our office is located at Sanya Juu. You can access Sanya Juu by a road Transport by taking a public transport or private transport. For public transport if you are at Moshi town you can use public transport (mini bus) with a fare of Tanzanian shillings 2,000. From Arusha you can take a minibus to Bomang'ombe with a fare of Tzs 3000 then from there you should take another minibus to Sanya Juu with a fare of Tzs 1,000. For visitors arriving by air transport they can access Sanya Juu by Taking either private or public transport from Kilimanjaro International Airport. For taxi transport, from Moshi town to Sanya Juu the fare can be Tzs 20,000 or above that, from Bomang'ombe tax fare can range from Tzs 15,000 or above, From Arusha taxi fare can range from Tzs 40,000 or above. The taxi fare depends on the distance from your starting point to the destination that is why it varies and sometimes also on how you will bargain with the driver. In some areas they do not have specific amount of fare for taxi transport so you will need to bargain.Where can I get accommodation at Sanya Juu?We can make arrangement for your accommodation in The House of West Kili Lodge (tourist lodge) also in Ndarakwai Ranch Camp which also is for tourists.In the near future we'll have the home staying program which will allow interested visitors to be accommodated in the homes of locals.Which means can I use to reach destinations?Our destinations are accessible by road transport in which one can use car, motorcycle (bodaboda or bajaj) also by foot.How long it takes to reach destinations from your base?It takes less than 30 minutes by a car and motorcycle transport. By foot it may take up to 2 hours depending on the speedFor how long your enterprise have been operatingOur enterprise is new in the market it has less than year in operation though that does not make it look like young in serving visitors it took a huge time for preparation of the businessHow about the price of your packages?Since our Enterprise is about cultural tourism the prices are friendly and affordable to our visitors.Apart from cultural attractions what do you offer basing on the nature attractions?We do offer other nature based attractions such as a hike to waterfall and tour to Endumeit Wildlife Management Area (WMA).
